About the Resort
In addition to the 25 villas which are available for purchase, individuals may invest in Callaloo Cay enabling them to take advantage of the CIP program instituted by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, allowing those who participate to obtain Antiguan citizenship. This highly sought-after privilege opens the door to a world of travel opportunities and options otherwise difficult to obtain.
